Methodology license

You receive the license to apply HIHB (Recruiting Canvas, 5C workshop format, all briefing templates) with your clients.

Personal training (1–2 days) in workshop facilitation. Followed by ongoing sparring calls on strategic questions.

Pitch deck, case studies, briefing templates, lead magnets - everything you need for client conversations, in HIHB brand look.

Co-branding option

On request: HIHB as co-brand with your logo. For established consultancies that want to deploy the method under their own roof.

Commission model

For workshops you refer to HireWorks (workshop stays with us), we pay a referral commission. Terms in the initial conversation.

Personal sparring channel with the managing director. For strategic client questions we get on the phone - no ticket system.

How you become an HIHB partner - three steps

No onboarding marathon, no sales funnel. Initial conversation, clarity, decision.

Inquiry

Email partner@hihb.io briefly - who you are, which clients you work with, what you'd expect from a partnership. Three to five sentences are enough.

30-min initial call

We talk for 30 minutes. Mutual fit-check: does your clientele match the HIHB method? How would you work as a partner? Which model makes sense for both sides?

Contract, training, go-live

If the fit is right: lean partnership contract, training in the method (1–2 days), material handover, then live. First workshop application typically within 4–6 weeks.

What does the partnership cost?

Several models exist (license flat-rate, commission, co-branding with setup fee) - which one makes sense for you, we'll clarify in the initial conversation. We don't recommend a model without context, because the cost structure depends strongly on how intensively you'll use HIHB.

Is there territory or industry exclusivity?

Currently no automatic protection. For substantial partnerships, exclusivity for an industry or region can be negotiated individually - prerequisite is a qualitative minimum volume.

Can I apply HIHB with my own clients AND refer workshops to HireWorks at the same time?

Yes. Both models are open to you. Which mix makes sense depends on your client structure and your own consulting depth.

What prior experience do I need?

Experience with hiring managers, with briefing conversations or with accompanying personnel decisions. You don't need to be a certified recruiter, but you should know the context in which HIHB takes hold.

How quickly can I start?

From the initial call to your first own HIHB application typically 4–6 weeks - depending on contract, training date and your first client mandate.
